The Client
As the UK’s leading sports hospitality provider, Corinthian Sports specializes in curating unforgettable moments at the biggest and most popular sporting events in the UK and overseas such as Formula 1, Royal Ascot, Premier League football, Six Nations Rugby and more.

The Project
OMACDesign worked with Corinthian Sports to design and supply hundreds of framed Formula 1 posters for their hospitality guests at the 2022 British Grand Prix.

The following year, they approached us with the following brief:

“Building on our partnership from last year, we require a commemorative set of posters designing and supplying as gifts for our hospitality guests at the 2023 British Grand Prix. There will be three variants for each of the three days we have guests at Silverstone and they will feature our sponsored Formula 3 driver, Williams Racing Academy’s Ollie Gray and his Rodin Carlin car.”

Using reference imagery supplied by Corinthian and Rodin Carlin, we illustrated the car to our high standard and in our trademark side on style which was requested by Corinthian. Everything from sponsor logos and name tags to the intricate nuts and bolts of the wings was included at incredible detail. It was important to us and the client that the print would be a quality gift that guests could take home and frame to keep as a souvenir.

Once the car itself was illustrated we produced a stunning poster design for each day of the race weekend. The approved posters were printed on fine art giclee paper to fulfil Corinthian’s order of 600 of each poster variant. A grand total of 1,800 prints were created and shipped to their Silverstone suites in time for the race weekend.
